They really inspired me to go plant based. They truly have a diet based around whole foods but do not lack anything! They’re recipes are easy, use similar ingredients frequently, but never are boring!
Her videos just make me happy! I’m not sure if I’ll ever eat exactly like her but she is such a beautiful soul, makes such yummy food, and has the cutest babies in the whole world.
Super simple, easy, and healthy recipes! Super easy to mimic and her e-book is amazing!
These are my three favorite channels I always look to for inspo! Otherwise, I like to find recipes on https://www.yummly.com/ because you can type in your diets and it will filter to show you only vegan recipes/whatever your diet is! This makes it easy to search for certain recipes and they will only show you the vegan ones which just makes it so easy!
I also just got this book: Vegan The Cook Book
It’s THE BEST vegan cookbook I’ve ever seen. SO many recipes that are from all over the world! So there’s tons of cuisines to choose from, and most of the recipes only have a handful of ingredients which I love.

I killed two hypothetical birds with one stone and made a typical grocery list for you all while now having a very cute permanent reference for myself for every time I’m hungry and trying to grocery shop and come home with only snacks. As for this list, it’s not absolute. It’s a compilation of my usual go-to’s which excludes any spur of the moment buys that inevitably happen. I don’t always get every single one of these items but they are usually the things that I have on hand in my kitchen that allow me to cook meals that I make every week!
I’m not strict on one type of vegan diet - aka raw, high carb etc. I usually try to stick to mostly fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains and tofu as my staples and add in special items here and there! My end goal is to keep aiming my diet to be as whole as possible and truly plant-based!
My weekly recipes usually include:
Breakfast - avocado toast, tofu scrambles, yogurt + oats, fruit, smoothies, random ingredients on toast
Lunch - salads, bowls, sandwiches, left-over dinners
Dinners - Curries, Pastas with lots of added veggies, Tacos/Burritos, Bowls, Asian noodles or Stir Fries, Loaded Potatoes, Salads

P.S. I forgot to mention oats! Steel cut are my favorite!
