Hi Friends -
I killed two hypothetical birds with one stone and made a typical grocery list for you all while now having a very cute permanent reference for myself for every time I’m hungry and trying to grocery shop and come home with only snacks. As for this list, it’s not absolute. It’s a compilation of my usual go-to’s which excludes any spur of the moment buys that inevitably happen. I don’t always get every single one of these items but they are usually the things that I have on hand in my kitchen that allow me to cook meals that I make every week!
I’m not strict on one type of vegan diet - aka raw, high carb etc. I usually try to stick to mostly fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains and tofu as my staples and add in special items here and there! My end goal is to keep aiming my diet to be as whole as possible and truly plant-based!
My weekly recipes usually include:
Breakfast - avocado toast, tofu scrambles, yogurt + oats, fruit, smoothies, random ingredients on toast
Lunch - salads, bowls, sandwiches, left-over dinners
Dinners - Curries, Pastas with lots of added veggies, Tacos/Burritos, Bowls, Asian noodles or Stir Fries, Loaded Potatoes, Salads
